ConnectivityCompatible Aurova smart switches and wall controls are designed to provide familiar physical operation alongside app control and automation. Available behaviour depends on the selected product and system configuration.
Smart Switches & LightingAvailable functions depend on the products and system architecture used in your installation. Some control or automation may operate locally, while remote functions may require connectivity.
ConnectivityCheck that the automation is enabled and that its required conditions — such as time, sensor status or device availability — were met. If the issue continues, note the automation name and affected devices before contacting support.
Sensors & AutomationConfirm that the curtain system has power and that the track is not physically obstructed. Avoid forcing the curtain motor or dismantling the mechanism. If the issue continues, contact Aurova or the appropriate installer.
Curtains & BlindsCheck the sensor's physical position and, where applicable, its battery status or connectivity. If the sensor continues to report incorrectly, contact support with the device location and a description of the issue.
Sensors & AutomationSupported scenes and automation can be adjusted according to the capabilities of the selected system. Contact Aurova if you would like help changing a more complex configuration.
